DASA UG 2025: Application Form

The official DASA website will host the DASA UG 2025 Application Form. Under the DASA program, qualified students will be able to apply for admission to undergraduate engineering programs at partner universities. A detailed guide to the application procedure may be found below:

Step 1: Online Registration

• Initial Registration:
  Candidates must first visit the official DASA UG website and create an account by registering with basic details such as:

  • Full Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Gender

  • Email Address

  • Mobile Number

• Email Verification:
  After registration, an email with a verification link will be sent to the provided email address. Clicking on this link will activate the registration process.

Step 2: Filling the Application Form

Once registration is complete, candidates can log in to their account and proceed to fill out the application form. The form will require the following details:

1. Personal Information:

   • Father's and Mother's Name

   • Permanent Address

   • Contact Information (phone number, email)

2. Educational Details:

   • Details of Class 12 (or equivalent) exam such as:

     • School Name

     • Board of Examination (CBSE, ICSE, etc.)

     • Year of Passing

     • Subjects Studied (Mathematics, Physics, etc.)

   • 10th Class (or equivalent) marks

   • JEE Main 2025 score details (ensure to enter the score as it’s mandatory for DASA UG).

Step 3: Upload Required Documents

• Candidates need to upload scanned copies of the following documents in the prescribed format (usually JPEG/PDF):

  1. Class 10 and 12 Mark Sheets (for proof of educational qualification).

  2. Passport Copy (for NRI applicants).

  3. Proof of NRI status (for NRI, PIO, or OCI candidates).

  4. JEE Main 2025 Score Card.

  5. Photograph: A recent passport-sized photograph.

  6. Signature: Candidate’s signature in the required format.

Step 4: Application Fee Payment

• After filling in all the details, candidates will be required to pay the application fee.

  • Payment Methods: Most likely, payment can be done through credit/debit cards, net banking, or UPI.

  • The fee is non-refundable.

  • The fee amount will be published in the official brochure for DASA UG 2025.

Step 5: Review and Final Submission

• Review: Before submitting the application form, candidates should thoroughly review the information they have entered. Any discrepancies or missing information can result in rejection.

• Submission: Once satisfied with the details, click the submit button to finalize the application.

• Confirmation: After submission, candidates will receive a confirmation email or message acknowledging the successful submission of their application.

Step 6: Print the Confirmation Page

After the application is successfully submitted, candidates should:

• Take a printout of the application confirmation page for their reference.

• This confirmation will include a unique application number that should be saved for future reference (especially for tracking the status of the application and seat allotment).

   • Candidates must meet the academic eligibility requirements, such as having completed Grade 12 (or equivalent) with mandatory subjects like Mathematics and Physics.

   • Applicants need to have appeared for JEE Main 2025 and provide their JEE Main score.

2. Application Deadline:

   • Keep track of the official DASA UG 2025 timeline. Late submissions will not be accepted.

3. Document Verification:

   • All uploaded documents must be accurate and legible. Mismatched or unclear documents could result in the rejection of the application.

4. Admit Card:

   • Once the application process is complete and eligible candidates are shortlisted, they may receive instructions regarding the admit card for counseling and seat allotment.
