DASA UG 2025: Refund Policy

There is a particular refund procedure for candidates to the Direct Admission of Students Abroad (DASA) Undergraduate 2025 program. Here is a brief synopsis:
 

1. Non-Refundable Fees:

• Application Fee: The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Refundable Fees:

• Tuition Fee:

  • Full Refund: Applicants are eligible for a full refund of the tuition fee in the following scenarios:

    • Withdrawal of application before the last date of fee payment.

    • No seat is allotted as per the applicant's choices.

    • The applicant is found ineligible during application processing.

  • 50% Refund: A 50% refund of the tuition fee is applicable if:

    • An applicant is allotted a seat as per their choices but does not accept the allotment.

  • No Refund: The tuition fee is non-refundable in the following cases:

    • Applicants who accept the seat allotment but later decide not to join or fail to submit the required documents.

    • Applicants who withdraw after joining the allotted institution.

    • Applicants allotted seats in a special round.

3. Mode of Refund:

• All refunds are processed through SWIFT/NEFT/RTGS transfers.
