Start with the passport, not the US house. A Green Card is not a NEET category. Age for the 2027 planning year is 17 by 31 Dec 2027. Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology, English and lab evidence still have to show on the qualification.
The last published cycle had no US centre. Families sat in India or another approved overseas city. Last published overseas fee was ₹9,500. Last published paper was 180 questions in 180 minutes, pen and paper. Confirm the live NTA bulletin. Do not treat 2026 dates as a 2027 notice.

Upload sizes change. Names must match across every paper. Fix spelling before the correction window closes.
Passport or allowed ID. Recent photo, live photo, signature, thumb as the live bulletin asks. Class 10 if asked. Current Grade 12 status. NRI, OCI or citizenship upload only if that box is being used.
The same passport. Extra photos. Full transcript, diploma, PCB, English, lab letter. Mission NRI certificate, OCI card, sponsor file. AIU when the authority asks.
NEET deadlines are IST. Write each one in IST and in the family’s US zone. These windows are last cycle. The 2027 bulletin will name new dates.
Last published 2026 window. Upload, then open every file once.
Keep the confirmation page and the bank record.
Second audit: name, nationality, subjects, city list.
Last published exam slot. Book flights after the admit card, not before.
Last published overseas-centre fee was ₹9,500. Passport renewal and AIU often take longer than the form. Start those first.
Read the live bulletin first. Then sit the passport, birth record and school papers on the same table.

Do not pay for a hotel on the city-intimation slip. The centre address is on the admit card. Arrive with a buffer for delay, sleep and a dry run to the gate. Use the live dress and item list, not last year’s WhatsApp photo.

AP sciences in Houston. The family reviewed the transcript and papers early, then used a two-year NEET plan. She travelled with a parent to Dubai for the last published overseas sitting. After the result they registered on MCC through the route her papers actually opened. The lesson: documents, the form, travel, exam day and counselling are one plan, not five separate chores.
