The 2026 cycle includes the exam held on May 3, 2026 and the NEET UG re-examination on June 21, 2026. These are different papers and should have separate download entries. The June re-examination is the relevant paper for the final 2026 examination cycle; the May paper can still be used as extra question practice.
Keep the original May question paper as a separate practice set, clearly labeled by exam date and code.
View Available PDFs ↗Prioritize the June re-examination paper for the final 2026 paper reference, with its matching official final key.

A useful NEET past paper set contains the question paper, the matching answer key and, where available, explanations. Paper codes and question order can differ, so do not use an answer key meant for another set. The linked TestPrepKart library lists several codes for 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2024; answer-key availability must be checked for each document.
Check the year, language and paper code printed on the PDF before starting.
Attempt the paper under the appropriate historical time limit without consulting a key.
Use the corresponding official final key when available and record missed concepts.
Use your past-paper score to plan your preparation. This separate guide helps overseas students and parents understand NEET preparation, NRI eligibility, documentation and MBBS admission planning.
Previous-year papers are valuable, but the question-selection rules and exam time have changed. Use older papers to practise concepts and speed without assuming every historical paper matches the current NEET format.
| Exam years | Question format | Practice advice |
|---|---|---|
| 2025–2026 | 180 compulsory questions in 180 minutes | Use to rehearse the current full-paper structure. |
| 2022–2024 | 200 questions printed; candidates attempted 180, with optional Section B; 200 minutes | Choose the allowed questions in each section; note longer historical time. |
| 2021 | 200 printed; 180 attempted; 180 minutes | Account for the optional questions. |
| 2016–2020 | Generally 180 questions with no optional Section B; 180 minutes | Useful for foundational coverage and speed drills. |
The table summarises historical test formats; follow the current NTA information bulletin for the exam year in which you will appear.
NEET past papers are most useful when students do more than mark a final total. Split your review by subject, then identify which question types consume time or cause repeat mistakes.
Practise units, formula selection, multi-step reasoning and calculation speed. Rework incorrect numerical questions without looking at your notes.
Separate calculation errors from gaps in reaction knowledge, bonding concepts and NCERT-based facts.
Review diagrams, terminology, exceptions and closely worded answer options. Confirm each mistake against the syllabus and relevant textbook chapter.
Start with one paper to identify your current level, then progress to timed attempts. There is no need to solve all 11 years immediately. The quality of your error review is more important than the number of PDFs you finish.
| Preparation stage | Paper activity | What to record |
|---|---|---|
| Building concepts | Use selected PYQs after finishing a chapter. | Incorrect concepts and NCERT chapters. |
| First full-paper attempt | Solve a recent year under suitable timed conditions. | Score by subject and unanswered questions. |
| Weekly improvement | Retest weak chapters, then take another paper. | Repeat errors, guesswork and time loss. |
| Final revision | Take full papers using the latest exam format. | Accuracy trend, pacing and recovery plan. |
For every attempt, note the paper year and code, Physics/Chemistry/Biology scores, total score, time used, weak topics and date of your next revision.
Practice-score formula: (Correct × 4) − (Incorrect × 1)
Students studying in American or other international curricula can use NEET PYQs to compare their science preparation with NEET-style questions. Focus particularly on NCERT terminology in Biology and Chemistry, numerical speed in Physics and the time needed to complete a full paper. The same NEET UG examination applies; admission eligibility and counselling routes require separate verification.
Preparing for AIIMS from the USA or another country means balancing school, time zones, NCERT-based NEET preparation and counselling readiness. These student videos show how learners prepared for NEET from abroad and built the discipline needed for a competitive medical-admission target.
This student journey is useful for NRI families who want to understand how NEET preparation can be managed alongside a U.S. school schedule. For an AIIMS aspirant, the useful lessons are consistency, NCERT revision, question practice and mock-test discipline.
Watch Student StoryThis overseas-student story shows the preparation journey behind a competitive NEET result. Students targeting AIIMS can use it as motivation while remembering that final AIIMS admission must still be judged through the student's actual AIR, category and MCC counselling.
Watch Success StoryAIIMS does not have a separate NRI quota, so an NRI student targeting AIIMS needs a strong NEET rank. Choose a preparation plan based on the student's grade, current Physics-Chemistry-Biology foundation, available study time and the amount of NEET syllabus still to be covered.
Course hours and listed prices are planning references from the current course block. Confirm live course details before enrolment. No preparation course can guarantee AIIMS admission.
These result boards show NEET outcomes from TestPrepKart students, including students preparing from outside India. They can help AIIMS-focused families understand what overseas students can achieve through structured NEET preparation, but they are NEET result boards rather than an AIIMS allotment list.
Review the 2026 result board to see student outcomes. For AIIMS planning, compare the student's actual AIR and category with the relevant AIIMS campus and the latest MCC counselling round rather than relying only on marks.

Previous-year results can provide useful preparation context, but they should not be converted directly into an AIIMS prediction. Marks-to-rank movement and AIIMS closing ranks can change significantly from one year to another.
View 2025 ResultsUse the year-wise table above to open TestPrepKart's PDF collection. At this update, it lists papers from 2016–2025; the 2026 files need adding.
Yes. The May 3 exam and June 21 re-examination should be labeled separately. Do not confuse their question papers or answer keys.
Not necessarily. The collection lists question-paper PDFs. Check each year for a matching official answer key or explanations instead of assuming every file includes solutions.
Begin with several recent papers and review them thoroughly. Add older years for topic coverage, error correction and timed practice.
Yes, particularly for core concepts. Check the current syllabus and exam pattern, because optional questions and test duration have changed in some years.
Yes. NEET PYQs are useful for all aspirants. Eligibility, exam-centre access and MBBS counselling documents are separate considerations.
Practise the papers, check your weak topics and talk to TestPrepKart if you need structured guidance.
