PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research is a private self-financing college in Coimbatore. Approved MBBS intake is 250 seats. The NRI row is allotted by the Tamil Nadu Selection Committee, not by MCC deemed counselling.
The last notified NRI tuition is ₹27,00,000 a year for the 2025-26 to 2027-28 cycles. The live Tamil Nadu seat matrix names how many NRI seats that year actually has.

Qualifying NEET is not the PSG close. A previous-round rank helps only when the year, round and quota are named. The 2026-27 close appears after that Tamil Nadu allotment PDF, not before choice filling.

Classroom work sits with the attached Coimbatore hospital, labs and skills rooms. Hostel rooms are available; charges are billed separately. After allotment, ask the college for the current hostel amount, mess rules and the documents they want on reporting day. A campus photo is not a travel plan.
