Andhra Pradesh does have a government NRI row, but not on the old flagships. AMC Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Kurnool and SV Tirupati fill AIQ and state merit. The government NRI door is only on new medical colleges permitted from 2023-24, last notified at ₹20 lakh a year.
Private Category C is 15% of that campus intake through Dr. NTR UHS. Last notified ceiling ₹39.60 lakh a year. Padmavathi (SVIMS, women) last notified ₹25 lakh. GITAM Vizag is MCC deemed. Confirm the live notice. Do not treat those figures as a 2027 brochure.

The source blog pasted a 15% NRI column onto these campuses. Dr. NTR UHS does not. They take AIQ and state merit. Cheap government tuition there is not an NRI shortcut.
Older RIMS and district government names from before 2023-24 sit on the same closed list unless a later NTRUHS annexure puts them on the new-GMC NRI sheet. AIIMS Mangalagiri is not an NRI pool. That rule is on the AIIMS NRI page.
G.O.Ms.No.107: after 15% AIQ, the remaining seats on these campuses split 35% Competent Authority self-financing and 15% Competent Authority NRI. Last published NRI counts. Last notified NRI tuition ₹20 lakh a year. Unfilled NRI can convert to self-financing in stray.

That is 101 last published government NRI seats. A later NTRUHS annexure can add a newer campus. Do not copy those 19s onto AMC.
The blog listed Ongole, Kadapa, Srikakulam, Anantapur and AIIMS Mangalagiri as “NRI through AIQ” with ₹55,000 to ₹8,000 a year. That is ordinary Indian AIQ tuition, not an NRI bill.
If the family wants a cheap government seat in Andhra Pradesh, they need AIQ or state merit, not an NRI file. If they want the ₹20 lakh government NRI row, they need a 2023-24+ campus on the live NTRUHS NRI list.
Last notified private share is about 50% Category A, 35% Category B, 15% Category C. Category B last notified ₹13.20 lakh. Category C last notified ceiling ₹39.60 lakh (G.O.Ms.No.503, labelled 2024-25 and used again on the 2025-26 college notices). Subject to the pending fee writs named in that prospectus.

Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women sits under SVIMS. NTRUHS still allots the NRI row. A boy cannot take this seat. A girl from a US house can, if the NRI file matches.

GITAM Institute of Medical Sciences is the deemed campus in this state. Last published named NRI tuition about ₹38.7 lakh a year. Last published named NRI count 23. An NTRUHS login will not allot it.
If GITAM is on the list, register on MCC as well. Keep NTRUHS for the new GMCs, private Category C and Padmavathi.
NEET is required on every shelf. Age for the 2027 planning year is 17 by 31 Dec 2027. PCB and English in Class 12. General category needs 50% in PCB. US boards need AIU equivalence early.

Build the NRI file before registration week. The last prospectus wanted scans at apply time and originals at the college.
Admit card, scorecard, the printed application, and the allotment letter when it comes.
Class 10 for date of birth, Class 12 mark sheet and pass certificate, transfer or migration, AIU if the board is not Indian.
Student passport, photos, medical fitness. Aadhaar only if the portal still asks.
Sponsor passport and visa, embassy or consulate NRI certificate, relationship proof, NTRUHS NRI affidavit.
Local / domicile papers. Skip this folder if the only aim is Category C or the new-GMC NRI row.
Portal: drntr.uhsap.in. Last published NRI / Category C university fee sat at ₹65,600 on top of tuition. Deadlines are IST. If the campus is GITAM, skip this list and use MCC.
