JEE Main Result 2020 Live Updates: The JEE Main Results 2020 has been declared on 11-09-2020 by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Candidates who have participated in the Joint Entrance Exam (Main) can check the result at the official website.
After announced, they will be able to download their scorecards online at jeemain.nta.nic.in. The examination was conducted from 1 to 6 September, with approximately 8,58 lakh candidates registered, of whom almost 6,3 lakhs appeared.

Procedure to Check JEE Main Result

2. Look out for the updated notification or click on the JEE Main Result link.
3. Then log in by using your JEE application number and DOB. Click submit button

JEE Main Rank List 2021
JEE Main Tie Breaking Criteria:
If there is tie-breaker means two candidates have secured same marks in JEE Main Paper 1, then merit list will be prepared on the following basis -:
1st Criteria

In this step student who will be scoring more marks in Mathematics, then he/she will be placed higher in the merit list.
|
2nd Criteria
|
In case both students score the same marks in Mathematics, then a candidate who will be scoring more marks in Physics will be placed higher in the merit list.
|
3rd Criteria
|
In this step, if both the students have scored the same marks in Physics and Mathematics, then a student who will be scoring more marks in Chemistry will get paced higher in the merit.
|
4th Criteria
|
In case scores in all three subjects are the same, then an older student will be considered and placed higher in the merit list.

Like JEE Main Paper 1 tie-breaker formula will apply to JEE Main Paper 2; also, the process is listed below -:
1st Criteria
|
If there is a tie in student's score, then the candidate who has scored more in the Aptitude Test will be placed higher in the merit list.
|
2nd Criteria
|
In case both candidates have the same marks in the Aptitude Test, then the student who will be scoring higher marks in Drawing will be placed higher in the merit list.
|
3rd Criteria
|
In case, scores in both subjects are the same, then the older student will be considered and placed higher in the merit list.

1. Achieved NTA score
2. Total number of candidates who had given examination
3. Approx Percentage of students who are placed below or equal to your achieved marks
4. The number of students who have got more marks than you.

((100 – P)/100)*N + 1
Here P denotes for Your NTA score, and N denotes for the total number of students.
