The Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) is conducted by the College Board. This competitive test offers a streamlined interface starting from initial registration to result announcement. The results ensure admission opportunities to undergraduate courses for aspiring students. SAT results are shared with colleges electronically on a rolling basis as chosen by the test taker.
SAT Results
Below are the important updates regarding SAT score release and reporting:
- The Digital SAT no longer includes the SAT Essay or Subject Tests. Scores are only reported for Reading & Writing and Math, combined into a 1600 scale.
- Most scores are released within a few days after the test date (typically 2–5 days for international students).
- Scores are delivered to colleges electronically on a rolling basis.
- If you order additional score reports after registration, they are usually sent within 1–2 business days.
- Rush score reports are delivered within 1–2 business days after processing.
- Your answer sheet is scanned digitally, and scores are calculated using College Board’s scaling process.
- Your raw scores are converted to the 1600 scale using a universal rubric.
- The fastest and best way to get your score is online. You can log into your College Board account and view your results under the My SAT dashboard
