Documents Required for DASA 2025–26 (Scanned Copies)

Mandatory Documents (Updated for 2025–26)
1. Applicant’s Passport
A valid passport is mandatory for all DASA/CIWG 2025–26 applicants, including NRI students in the USA and Middle East. (Note: Nationals of Nepal without a passport may upload an authenticated Citizenship Card as per DASA rules.)
2. Proof of Date of Birth
Any one of the following is accepted:
Class X Secondary Education Board Certificate
Government-issued Date of Birth Certificate
3. Mark Sheets of Class 10, 11 & 12
Upload scanned copies of:
Class 10 marksheet
Class 11 marksheet
Class 12 marksheet/grade report (or equivalent)
4. School Certificate (Appendix-II Format)
A certificate issued by the school confirming completion of Class 11 & 12, printed on the official school letterhead.
5. Proof of 2 Years of Education Abroad
As per DASA/CIWG 2025–26 eligibility, NRI/OCI/PIO students must prove they studied both Class 11 & Class 12 abroad, including those living in the USA or Middle East.

6. Payment Confirmation (SWIFT / Online Transfer Receipt)

In case the 12th standard or equivalent is not completed yet, the candidate has to upload an undertaking in the online DASA/CIWG 2025–26 application confirming that the final results will be submitted as soon as they are declared.
Eligible applicants who have appeared/are appearing for the qualifying examination during the academic year 2025–26 can also apply by submitting the completed application form, registration fee, first-semester tuition fee, and all required documents. This applies to all NRI applicants, including those studying in the USA and Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia).
The transcripts/marks/grade sheets of the qualifying examination should be self-attested.
