One of NIT Meghalaya’s most popular undergraduate engineering programs is the B.Tech program. DASA-2026 will be coordinated by one of the NITs (as officially stated on the DASA portal). The conducting NIT for 2026 is yet to be confirmed, and the official DASA Brochure 2026 will be released shortly after the announcement. Admissions to undergraduate and postgraduate programs under the DASA scheme for 2026 will be based on JEE Main Score 2026, including for NRI students living in the USA and Middle East applying under CIWG/DASA quota.
The DASA admission will allow NRI, OCI, PIO, and Foreign National students to get direct admissions to the B.Tech course programs of NIT Meghalaya depending on their JEE Main rank. The admission will be provided on the basis of eligibility, DASA counseling, branch preference, and availability of seats.
Those admitted under the DASA admission program need to make payments for DASA registration fee, first semester fee, and other fees of the institute as per the latest DASA admission rules and regulations. The final allocation of seats will depend on JEE Main rank, DASA category, branch preference, and seat availability at NIT Meghalaya.
