VITEEE Examination 2023 

The Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination 2023, or VITEEE 2023, is a university-level entrance exam administered by the Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). Various undergraduate courses in VIT are offered to qualified applicants through this entrance exam. You are qualified for professional courses such as BTech, B.E, B.Des, and BSc after passing the examination, at its three campuses located at Vellore, Chennai, Bhopal, and Amravati.

VITEEE 2023 Exam Timeline 

• It will be an offline exam for VITEEE 2023.

• Questions are multiple-choice in the exam.

• Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology will be covered in the exam.

• There are 35 marks for Physics and 35 for Chemistry, 5+10 marks for  English + Aptitude, and 40 marks for mathematics/Biology.

• There is one mark for every correct answer

• There is no mark deduction for wrong answers.

VITEEE 2023 Application Form

• In the second week of November 2023, the application will be available online.

• Candidates must fill out their application form completely and accurately.

• The application form must be submitted by the third week of March 2023.

• Candidates may submit the form online once they have correctly filled in all of the required information. When the correction facility opens, students will be able to correct their mistakes.

• Correctional service will be provided in specifics in the last week of March 2023.

• Take a printout of the form and save it for future use.

VITEEE 2023 Application Fee 

• The fee structure is Rs.1200+50(Demand Draft) for offline Mode and Rs.1150 for Online Mode.

• The fee for the NRI is USD 50/-.

VITEEE 2023 Application Process

• Go to the online website (link will be given above)

• https://viteee.vit.ac.in/

• Register by providing the requested information.

• Log in using the login information provided and begin filling out the online application.

• Complete the form completely, including all of your personal and qualification information.

• Upload scanned images of your photograph, signature, thumb impressions, identification, etc.

• Pay the application fee online using the provided payment gateways.

• Take a printout of the form and save it for future use.

VITEEE Eligibility Criteria 

• The candidate must be a citizen of India.

• Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have passed the 10+2 or 2nd PUC or any equivalent examination from a board recognized by the Indian government.

• Appearing: Those preparing for the 12th grade may also apply.

• Qualifying Subjects:

• a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics subjects.

• Minimum marks: Students must have 60% in PCM/PCB subjects to qualify.

VITEEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria for NRIs/OCIs

Students who are NRIs, PIOs, or OCIs are only partially eligible for VITEEE 2022. They only need to meet the following requirements:

• English is one of the qualifying examinations 

• Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have passed the 10+2 or 2nd PUC or any equivalent examination from a board recognised.

• Qualifying Subjects: Students must have completed the 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology from a recognized board.

• A minimum aggregate of 55% or equivalent grade in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) or Biology or Biotechnology (PCB) in standard XII or an Equivalent Degree.

Syllabus for VITEEE 2023

• The syllabus for the examination will be designed and based on the 10+2 level and its numerous topics. The themes will range from physics to chemistry to biology to mathematics.

Ques. Can I Join VIT without VITEEE?

Ans.  Yes, VITEEE is required for admission to the B. Tech. Programme at VIT. Higher Secondary Board, JEE Main/SAT marks will not be accepted for admission to the B. Tech. Programme at VIT.

Ques. Is VIT easier than mains?

Ans. As a result, the customization is roughly 0.025. This is why, as compared to BITSAT and VITEEE, JEE Main is among the most demanding. Although BITSAT is simpler than JEE Main, the time limitation is a significant hurdle. VITEEE is the simplest of the three and the simplest to master.
