These are published TestprepKart result boards. They are not a 2027 rank promise. Open a year for the full list.
Preparation by grade
Pick the course by the student’s present grade, not by how soon the family wants a rank. Foundation is Grade 9 and 10. The two-year course is Grade 11. The one-year course is Grade 12, for a student who already has Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Hours and Middle East INR fees are on the course cards above. Local-currency figures are in the fee table under those cards.
Grade 9 and Grade 10
This is the early start, beside a Gulf school week, not instead of it. Grade 9 is Course 17. Grade 10 is Course 100. Both sit after school on a confirmed local slot.
Physics, Chemistry and Biology at the Class 9-10 level first: units, diagrams, definitions, and the NCERT wording the later paper still uses. Numericals start simple. The aim is a clean science habit, not a Class 12 mock in Grade 9. Once the school chapter is stable, we raise the same topic one step toward NEET MCQ language so Grade 11 does not feel like a different subject.
A CBSE school in Dubai or Abu Dhabi already teaches PCB. School tests check whether the chapter was read. NEET later checks whether the same chapter can be used under time and negative marking, against a national pool. The topics look similar. The difficulty is not. A Biology line that is a short school answer can become a two-step MCQ on NEET. Foundation is where we start training that difference, without stealing the school evening.
Live class, then a short test on that chapter, then an error log. We watch accuracy first (wrong because of a gap, or wrong because of hurry). Problem-solving is taught as a method: read the stem, mark what is asked, eliminate, then calculate. The parent dashboard shows attendance and those scores so the family in the Gulf can see the trail.
Challenge
Families often wait for Grade 11, then discover the child can read a chapter but cannot finish a timed set. British and IB schools add a second gap: NCERT was never the school book.
How we handle it
Foundation builds the language and the accuracy habit. The two-year course still does the full Class 11-12 syllabus. Starting here is insurance, not a replacement for Grade 11 work.
Grade 11
This is the usual serious start. The student is in Grade 11 and will sit NEET after Class 12. This is Course 16. Classes run three days a week, after school hours or early morning on the Gulf clock.
The full Class 11 NEET syllabus first, then the Class 12 syllabus, in NCERT order. Physics, Chemistry and Biology are taught to NEET MCQ depth: same chapter as school, more combinations, more exceptions, more numericals, and negative marking in tests. For a CBSE student in the Gulf, this same layer is the Class 11-12 PCB board syllabus. English and other school subjects stay with school. A second PCB tuition is usually not required.
CBSE and NEET share the same NCERT chapters. That is why families think school marks will convert. They do not. A CBSE Biology question often asks the student to recall or explain. A NEET question on the same topic (say photosynthesis, genetics, or human physiology) is written to rank a national field. It is longer, tighter, and punishes a half-remembered line. Chemistry has the same split: board numerical versus multi-concept MCQ. Physics adds speed. TestprepKart teaches the school chapter, then drills the NEET form of that chapter until accuracy and problem-solving hold under time.
Live PCB on the three weekly slots. Recordings for a genuine miss. Chapter tests, then full-length papers, with an error log. We do not only count marks. We sort mistakes: concept gap, formula slip, misread stem, or slow method. That is how accuracy rises, and how problem-solving becomes a habit instead of a lucky day. Doubt slots are for the exact stuck question, not a second full lecture.
Challenge
A Grade 11 student in Dubai or Doha already has a full school day. An India 6 a.m. class, or a local tutor who only repeats the school book, leaves NEET speed untrained.
How we handle it
We confirm an evening or early-morning slot on the local clock. Tests use negative marking. The counsellor file (AIQ versus NRI quota, MCC versus state) stays beside the score so the family does not plan the wrong door for two years.
Grade 12
We take Grade 12 students who already have Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This is Course 15. It is a full NEET syllabus year, not a shortcut past NCERT, and not a crash after boards. Evenings have to be protected.
The complete NEET Physics, Chemistry and Biology syllabus, Class 11 revision plus Class 12, to exam depth. For a CBSE student we also cover the CBSE PCB board requirement inside the same NCERT sequence. Tests are heavier than in foundation: chapter papers, part syllabi, then full-length papers with negative marking. British or IB Grade 12 students still need the NCERT layer taught on purpose. We map what school already gave, then teach the missing CBSE Class 11-12 sequence.
Take Biology. The CBSE paper may ask a direct question from a unit the student has just finished. NEET can ask the same unit as a ranked MCQ, mixed with a neighbouring chapter, written so two options look plausible. The syllabus overlap is real. The competition is not a school cohort in one Gulf campus. It is a national paper. That is the difficulty jump. Chemistry and Physics show it as well: more steps, less time, negative marking. School marks do not measure that jump.
Live class after school, recordings for revision, and a test cycle that is meant to raise two things: accuracy (fewer avoidable wrongs) and problem-solving (a method that still works when the stem is unfamiliar). The error log is the working tool. The parent dashboard shows whether the Grade 12 evening is actually being used. Admission guidance runs in parallel, because a Grade 12 Gulf family is already close to the counselling year.
Challenge
Families sometimes add a local PCB tutor, wait for CBSE or British results, then expect a short NEET burst. The paper does not wait. A student without a PCB base also cannot use this one-year course as a first science class.
How we handle it
We check that Physics, Chemistry and Biology are already there. Then we run the full NEET syllabus and the CBSE PCB layer together, with timed papers. If the base is missing, we say so and point to the two-year or foundation course instead of selling a one-year seat.
Time zones
Live classes run after school, once the school day is over, or early morning if that fits the family better. We confirm the slot on your local clock before the first class. Daylight-saving is not used in these six countries. India is IST (UTC+5:30) all year.

Weekends differ: UAE is Saturday-Sunday. Several other Gulf countries still use Friday-Saturday. Tests and doubt slots are placed after we know the school week, not copied from an India timetable. The two-year course runs three days a week, after school hours or early morning.
How we differ
A local centre in Dubai or Kuwait may teach science. That is not the same as NEET-depth teaching on a Gulf evening, with the NRI admission file kept beside the score.
What many centres do
A nearby tutor repeats the school book. Timing may fit. The paper still needs NCERT MCQ depth, negative marking, and a national competition level the school test does not measure.
What TestprepKart does

What many online institutes do
The faculty lectures. The child listens. There is little or no chance to stop the class, ask the exact doubt, or work a problem with the teacher. That is one-way coaching. The student is in a crowd, not in a discussion.

With not more than 10 students, the faculty can take a one-on-one discussion, a problem-solving discussion, and a concept discussion with each child in the same live hour. The student is expected to speak, not only watch.
We are not in the crowd-coaching culture. A Gulf parent is paying for an Indian national paper and an NRI admission file. That work needs a small batch, not a webinar of hundreds.
How a student joins
A seat in a 10-student batch is not sold as a walk-in. Every student first sits TestprepKart's NEET analysis session, free of cost. That session is not a test. It is a reading of the student’s present academic level, so the faculty and the parent know how much coaching is needed to work toward a NEET cutoff.
All India Quota and NRI quota
Many Gulf families use the two names as if they were the same door. They are not. Getting an NRI-category seat is not the same as getting an All India Quota seat.
All India Quota (AIQ)
A nationwide merit pool filled through MCC. It is not reserved for NRIs. An NRI student may compete here on rank if that year’s rules allow it. The 15 percent figure is not an NRI reserve.
NRI quota
A different list, different papers, different fee. Only where a college actually publishes that row. Deemed NRI seats go through MCC. Most government and private NRI seats go through the state.
We teach the exam and we keep this distinction in counselling. A Dubai parent who plans only “15 percent NRI AIQ” will pick the wrong portal. Read the AIQ versus NRI quota page and the MBBS admission steps when you want the full sequence.
Challenges and solutions
A Gulf school week, a CBSE or British syllabus, and an Indian NEET paper do not line up on their own. Each row below is a problem we actually hear, and what the class plus the counsellor file does about it.
Challenge
A strong Class 11-12 report from an Indian school in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Kuwait still leaves NEET speed, NCERT wording and negative marking untrained.
How we handle it
Live classes follow NCERT order and NEET MCQs. For CBSE students, that same layer covers Class 11-12 Physics, Chemistry and Biology, so a second PCB tuition is usually not required.
Challenge
Doha, Dubai and Riyadh also have British and IB campuses. Reasoning is there. The NEET paper language is not.
How we handle it
We map what school already gave, then teach the CBSE Class 11-12 sequence the paper still uses. Same issue as a US AP student, on a Gulf clock.
Challenge
Many Gulf centres teach NEET. Few sit with the family on MCC versus state, NRI documents, or the AIQ mix-up above.
How we handle it
The class is PCB. The counsellor file is eligibility, Mission papers, two calendars, and reporting. Both move together.
Challenge
A 6 a.m. India class is still early in Riyadh and awkward after a Dubai school day. Friday-Saturday weekends in some countries do not match an India Sunday test calendar.
How we handle it
UAE and Oman sit 1.5 hours behind IST. Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia sit 2.5 hours behind. After-school or early-morning options are confirmed before the first live class.
Challenge
Waiting for CBSE results, then crashing NEET, is the most common late start we still see from the Gulf.
How we handle it
Foundation builds NCERT habits. The two-year course is the usual serious start. Grade 12 is possible when PCB is already there and evenings are protected.
Challenge
Gulf families can often sit closer to home than US families. That convenience is then treated as if the coaching problem were already solved.
How we handle it
Recent cycles have listed overseas NEET centres in Gulf countries. Confirm the live NTA bulletin for your city. Sitting closer to home does not replace NCERT-depth work. US families still travel. Gulf families still have to study.
Faculty
NEET is an Indian national paper. The people teaching it here are Indian faculty who already train NEET students, including more than 60 teachers across Physics, Chemistry and Biology, many from medical-teaching backgrounds. A local Gulf tutor who teaches school science is not the same job.
Operations confirm the clock, run the diagnostic, ship the kit, and keep the parent dashboard current. The teacher still has to know the paper.
