🔥 NIT Calicut - The National Institute of Technology, established in 1961, is a national research institution. The institute's campus encompasses 300 acres of land. To handle campus recruiting for students, the institute established a Training and Placement Department in 1983.

 

🔥 NIT Calicut founded a Department of Architecture in 1990. The National Institutional Ranking Framework recently rated the institute 28th among the best engineering colleges in India. NIT Calicut was ranked 20th in India by The Week in 2017. Within its walls, the institute houses 11 departments, 8 centers, and 3 colleges.

 

🔥 NIT Calicut Admission Process Undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes are available at NIT Calicut. Candidates must pass the JEE Mains and JEE Advanced exams in order to be admitted to BTech and BArch programmes.

The cut off is determined by the institution's admissions committee. Candidates must pass the GATE exam in order to be admitted to the MTech Programme. Candidates must pass the NIMCET in order to be admitted to the MCA Programme. Candidates must pass the IIT JAM to be accepted to the MSc Programme. Candidates for MBA must pass the CAT or CMAT test. Candidates should also have a minimum of two or three years of work experience.

🔥 NIT Calicut Scholarships Students at NIT Calicut may apply for a variety of scholarships. If the scholarship is merit-based, it is awarded based on the students' academic achievement. The overall family income of the recipient is the criterion considered for the need-based scholarship. Undergraduate and postgraduate students are also eligible for scholarships.
