JEE Main and Advanced Exam Pattern (Updated)
Approximately 85% of NRI and Indian students prefer engineering as a career option after completing 12th. In India, there are many governments and private engineering colleges available where Indian and NRI candidates can get admission. But they have to write JEE Main and Advanced if they want to get admission into a Government Engineering College or in a Good Private Engineering College.
JEE Main is an engineering entrance test for Indian & NRI students in India, Middle Eastern countries such as Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, etc. and more countries.
The JEE Main 2024 Competitive Race starts with its first step, i.e. JEE Main Preparation. The April JEE Main Exam will be administered in online mode only by NTA from 24th January to 01st February 2024 (For January Session) and 04th April 2024 to 15th April 2024 (For April Session). To make Online Exams safe and secure, LAN instead of the Internet is used by the Exam Convenor Authority to take the exam.

JEE Main 2024-25 Exam Pattern (For Indians and NRIs)
Indians and NRIs who wish to apply for JEE Main, the JEE main exam pattern will be the same for Indian and NRI candidates.

NTA has released JEE Main 2024 Exam Pattern and there are no changes in its design along with the types of questions and marking scheme.

Numeric value-based answer questions are there to the JEE Main 2024 Paper format like before.

NTA also declared the availability of the test in 13 languages i.e. English, Hindi, and Gujarati and more.

Paper-1 will be entirely computer-based with 300 maximum marks covering MCQs and Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics numerical-value-type questions.

B. Arch, B. Planning papers will have sections based on mathematics and aptitude in common with the third section of drawing or planning, respectively.

The overall marks will be 400 each for B.Arch and B.Planning and an aspirant taking both of the exams will have a total time period of 3 hours and 30 minutes.

JEE Advanced 2024-25 Exam Pattern (Indians & NRIs)
After qualifying for JEE Main, NRI and Indian candidates who wish to be admitted to IITs must appear for JEE Advanced. JEE Advanced is administered annually by the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). The first 2.5 lakh JEE Main qualifying candidates in the JEE Advanced paper are selected
IIT Madras will conduct JEE Advanced 2024 on 26th May, 2024. The official website of JEE advanced for the 2024 session has been revised. The IIT Joint Admission Board (JAB) had announced it would conduct the examination in the United States and designate it as an overseas examination center.
