I have 5 years of experience in teaching field, 3 years in high school and 2 years in a college. I have a good sense of dealing with students of all ages. For me the most important thing is that student have understand the topic rather than just learn it by cramming. I start every topic from basics and try to relate the words from their origin so that one need not find it difficult to remember it.
