As per the exam pattern of JEE Main, two papers will be conducted, First paper will be for B.E/B.Tech and Second paper will be for B.Arch/B.Plan. Both the papers will be conducted online in computer-based mode apart from the Drawing test in B.Arch
JEE Main Exam Pattern 1:
JEE Mains paper 1 is a computer-based test (CBT) Candidates can choose to write either only JEE paper 1 or 2, or both. JEE Mains is a 3 Hour duration exam. JEE Main Paper has a total of 90 questions out of which you have to appear for 75 only.
For candidates with disabilities, an additional hour is provided. Due to its high competency level, the questions of this examination are expected to be of a moderately high level of difficulty.

JEE Main- Paper 2 Syllabus & Exam Pattern:
JEE Mains paper 2 is partly computer-based and partly pen-and-paper based. Paper two provides an entry into the B.Arch and B.Planning streams. Paper 2 has 3 sections which consist of Aptitude tests and Mathematics which will be computer-based. The third part which is drawing will be pen-and-paper based.
There are 82 questions total. 30 questions are from mathematics, 50 are from Aptitude, and 2 drawing-based questions. The question on drawing carries a total of 70 marks each.
