JEE 2022 is to be held immediately after the grade 12 final board exams. Candidates preparing for this competitive exam must have geared up now. It is very important for the candidates that whatever efforts they are making to crack this exam, they should be put in the right direction in the right way so that they can ensure their selection. Here we are going to tell about such a 100-day strategy, with the help of which candidates can crack JEE.

 

It is very important to know what to study first. This includes revision of the entire syllabus (at least thrice), practicing mock tests to ensure accuracy, identifying weak and strong areas in the syllabus, and last-minute revision notes.

The Revision Plan

Revision is important for JEE preparation. Reading the text just once will not be helpful as the preparers are expected to have a deep understanding of the topics along with the ability to recall facts in a chronological and logical manner. JEE cannot be cracked by memorizing it. However, the fact also cannot be denied that candidates need to memorize the information and add it as per the demand of questions in the exam.

In general, candidates should divide their last 100 days of preparation into 3 phases: 50-day plan, 30-day plan, and 20-day plan.

 

50 Days Plan

First of all, candidates should memorize the JEE syllabus completely. Revision takes time, so it is important that in the first 50 days, days are fixed for preparation on the basis of subjects. It depends on the students which subject they find difficult and how much time they want to devote to which subject. Remember to mention the syllabus and subject-wise weightage in prelims while planning. Divide the days into time slots and make sure that you go through main topics, revise every day what you studied on the previous day.

During this, set a target of doing 20 mock tests. During the test mark the questions according to your understanding according to their difficulty level. You must aim to solve those questions first that you have complete confidence in. After the test, analyze the answers and note down any new information you come across.

 

30 Days Plan

Make sure to solve 15 mock tests in this step. Train the brain for situations like exams. Try to test in the time slot, try to be precise, and minimize the negative marking. Keep updating the notes and write down any new information. Keep consolidating the topics. Revise the weak areas more to master them.

 

Last 20 Day Plan

Revise the notes and aim to solve 3 to 5 mock tests in this step. Do not attempt too many tests in this step and make sure to revise short notes at least 3 times. Do not read new lessons during the last 10 days. If necessary, collect brief information on new topics and make short notes for timely revision.

To crack JEE, one needs knowledge; in terms of mastery but in spite of best efforts some questions may surprise you so it is important to have the right strategy and calm mind during the exam.
