Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering (VVCE) is an engineering college situated in Gokulam, Mysuru, Karnataka, India. It is affiliated to the Visvesvaraya Technological University. Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering is an engineering college affiliated to the Visveswaraya Technological University and recognised by the Government of Karnataka and the All India Council for Technical Education. Programs of study offered include bachelor's degrees in mechanical, electronics, computer science, information sciences, electrical and environmental engineering. 5 Programs IS&E, E&EE, CS&E, E&CE & ME of VVCE have been accredited by National Board of Accreditation for 3 years of duration i,e Academic Years 2017-18 to 2019-20 of date up to 30-06-2020. College also Accredited with 'A' Grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) for 5 Years from the year 2018. The college was founded by the VidyaVardhaka Sangha in 1997. Vidyavardhaka Sangha is in Mysuru. Veterans like the late Sahukhar Chennaiah and the late K. Puttaswamy former minister of Karnataka established the sangha during the year 1949.
The college is located in Gokulam, a residential suburb, 6 km (3.7 mi) north of the city and 4 km (2.5 mi) from the city railway station.
