Netaji Subhash Engineering College (NSEC, Kolkata)

Netaji Subhash Engineering College NSEC is a graduate and undergraduate engineering college of eastern India located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Established in 1998, it is situated at Techno City, Panchpota, Garia in the southern part of Kolkata. The institute is ranked among 251-300 rankband in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2020 Engineering Ranking.

Netaji Subhash Engineering College operates out of its suburban campus in Techno City, Kolkata, Garia in the southern part of Kolkata. The institute is connected to other parts of the city through both railways and roadways. The nearest railway station is the Garia railway station in the Sealdah-Sonarpur section of the Kolkata Suburban Railway and the nearest bus terminus is the Garia Station Bus Stand. The Dhalua Main Road connects the institute to Garia railway station. The Kavi Subhash metro station provides Kolkata Metro Rail connectivity to different parts of the city.

Admission
Undergraduate
The admission procedure for B.Tech is based on the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) and JEE(Main).

Postgraduate
M.Tech admissions are offered through GATE examination and a personal interview. MCA admission entrants are required to qualify the state level entrance test named JECA (Joint Entrance for Computer Application).
