National Institute of Technology (NIT Ponda, NITG) Review

NIT Goa has a record for achieving 100% placement for at least one of the courses offered by the institution. There are many more aspects based on which the institution can be reviewed, like

1. Placements: With the highest offered package of 20 LPA, the students are placed at great companies like Samsung, Nokia, Larsen&Toubro, etc., for both internship as well as full-time placements.
2. Infrastructure: More than 6000 books are available at the library. The journals can be accessed online by DOAJ, along with a digital library for updated documents. The hostels are within the campus itself, with the availability of basic necessities like WiFi, good food cooked in the mess. Sports complex includes facilities to play badminton, basketball, and other outdoor activities.
3. Faculty: NIT goa has a highly qualified faculty, from IITs, NITs, who keep a positive approach to teaching. The evaluation on the basis of teaching approach is also taken place for the teachers.
4. Other: The college is located at Jamshedpur, which provides industrial exposure for students. The weather of Goa is an added remark to the institution.
