Can I get direct admission in West Bengal through NRI Sponsored Quota?

 

I am not the ward of any NRI, but a relative is NRI. I am from Bihar. In WBJEE my rank is about 4500 and in JEE MAIN 91 PERCENTILE. HOW CAN I get admission directly to govt college in west Bengal? Am I eligible? Can I get admission through NRI SPONSORSHIP?
