Eligibility:
Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject with 75% aggregate (65% for SC/ ST candidates).

Eligibility Criteria for NRI Students:

• Candidates must complete their class 12th from a recognized board before applying for entrance exams of the University.

• Candidates should have Physics and Mathematics as main subjects.

• NRI candidates have to carry their passports during the admission process.

• Students must score 60% or above in their 10+2.

IIIT Allahabad B.Tech Selection Criteria:

• The selection of candidates to the BTech program is based on their JEE Main scores.
