Eligibility:

Basic Eligibility criteria to apply for B.Tech in IIIT Vadodara is to pass 10+2 with minimum 50% marks and should have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the compulsory subjects.

Selection Criteria:

Candidates will be selected based on the JEE Main score followed by the counselling.

Eligibility Criteria for NRI Students:

• Candidates must complete their class 12th from a recognized board.

• Candidates should have Physics and Mathematics as main subjects.

• NRI candidates have to carry their passports during the admission process.

• Students must score 60% or above in their 10+2.
