Can I apply for NEET, If I am OCI Card Holder but study In India Through out?
I have confusion about my friend son living in India ,he is OCI holder but he and his parents lived in India for primary education to secondary education. They dont have any sponsorship from aboard or any study documents from foreign national. She can not afford huge NRI fees,because they earning in india rupees. What to do in NEET examination. Do they apply as Indian. They are not overseas citizen right now they are staying in India. Please help us to clear this confusion.
