ISAT 2016 is to be conducted by the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) for admissions in the three B.Tech programs namely Aerospace Engineering, Avionics, and Physical Sciences. ISAT 2014 online application registration will commence on 8 June 2014, 10am. IIST will publish 2014 B.Tech Admission rank list and the date/venues for counselling in the IIST official website on 11 July 2014.
Out of the total of 156 seats, B.Tech. in Aerospace Engineering has 60 seats; B.Tech. in Avionics has 60 seats; and B.Tech. in Physical Sciences has 36 seats. According to the reservation policy of Government of India, the Scheduled Castes (SC) category has 15% seat reservation, Scheduled Tribes (ST) has 7.5%, and the Other Backward Classes (OBC) belonging to Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) has 27%, Persons with Disabilities (PD) has 3% seat reservation.
