JEE Main Expected CutOff Marks
JEE Main 2020 Analysis & Cutoff:
JEE Main Cut Off 2020 will be released by NTA after the results of the examination have been announced. The January Session of JEE Main 2020 was successfully held from 6 to 9 January 2020.
Next, NTA would release answer keys on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in and the results by January 31, 2020.
Based on the feedback, cut off from the previous year and analysis of the questions posed this year, experts shared the expected cut-off of the raw marks that students need to achieve in order to qualify for JEE Advanced, expected ranks and marks to qualify for NITs.
Starting with the cut-off, it is important to note that the cut-off may also change, depending on the April 2020 JEE exam. Even, it is likely to vary further with this year's change in the paper patter. Around 2.5 lakh students are expected to tentatively qualify for JEE Advanced 2020.

The analysis was shared by the expert Navin C Joshi, academic head and vice president (JEE & NEET) at Gradeup. The overall difficulty level of the exam he says, was easy to Moderate. The level was similar to Day 1 as compared to Day 1 and Day 2. The level of JEE Main exams this year was similar to last year.
Most of the questions from mechanics, optics, and modern physics were asked in the Physics section. Chemistry was Easy with the most of the questions being asked from GOC and Coordination Compounds. Mathematics was medium, There were number of questions from Calculus were more. Numerical Answer Type questions were similar to Day 2 i.e. Easy.

The JEE Main 2020 Answer Key is also expected to be released soon. Experts would be able to share a more definitive cut-off estimate once the answer key is released. Students qualifying for JEE Advanced 2020 would be able to appear. NTA would also conduct JEE Main 2020 in April and the JEE Main 2020 Rank (which would be used for JEE Advanced eligibility criteria) would only be published after the JEE Main 2020 April Results have been announced.
