The Joint Entrance Examination Advanced 2023 Information Brochure has been released by IIT Guwahati for the candidates who are preparing for JEE Advanced 2023 examination.
The exam date has been released and JEE Advanced exam will be conducted on 4th June 2023. The registration will start from 30th April and will end of 4th May, 2023

Seats For Women In JEE Advanced 2024
20% seats in every institute will be alloted to female candidates in UG program. These seats will be alloted only to those who have been declared qualified in JEE Advanced.
Foreign National Candidates Seats
Those candidates who are not belonging to India and have not studied their higher studies in India are considered as Foreign National Candidate, Seat allotted to Foreign National candidates is 10% in every course. Other than GEN.OBC,SC,ST and PwD
JEE Advanced 2024 Exam Pattern
According to the JEE Advanced 2024 exam template, the exam will be taken online with two tests: Test 1 and Test 2. Both tests last 3 hours each. The JEE Advanced 2024 questionnaire contains multiple-choice questions with only one correct answer. Multiple-choice questions, questions with a numerical value as well as questions of the corresponding type. The JEE Advanced 2024 scoring scheme is based on the concept of full, partial, and zero scorings. Candidates can refer to the tables below to understand the JEE Advanced 2024 exam template.

Criteria 1: Performance in JEE Main 2024. Category-wise distribution of top 2,50,000* candidates. A total number of candidates can go above 2,50,000 with “tied” ranks/scores in any category.
Criteria 2 - Age Limit: For JEE Advanced 2024, applicants must be born on or after October 1, 1998. However, for SC, ST, and PwD applicants benefit of 5 years is given (born on or after October 1, 1993).
Criteria 3 - Number of Attempts: Applicants can attempt JEE Advanced a maximum of two times in two consecutive years.
Criteria 4 - Submission to Grade 12 (or equivalent) - All applicants must apply for Class 10 + 2 for the first time in either 2023 or 2024. Have a graded exam. However, if the result of the 2021-22 academic year is announced after October 15 2022, the candidates will then be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced provided they meet the other eligibility criteria.
Criteria 5 - Qualifications Required for Standard 12 Qualification Exam - To be admitted to the IITs, applicants must have passed grade 12 or an equivalent exam. Applicants in the top 20 percentiles of the proficiency testing categories are also eligible.
Note: The minimum percentage requirement has been removed due to COVID-19. According to the criteria, candidates must have obtained at least 75% of the total grade in grade 12 or an equivalent exam. For the SC / ST / PWD category, the overall scores are at least 65%
